Prices of the articles and information on shipments in Italy and abroad
The prices of the products do not include shipping costs (visible proceeding in the purchase procedure during order confirmation), and do not include customs clearance costs.
FANCS V. ships in Italy and abroad, in special cases (such as incorrect information entered by the user during the purchase procedure), FANCS V. reserves the right to cancel the order by reimbursing the user and giving timely communication to the user himself.
For shipments to Italy of products with a total cost greater than € 100.00 the cost of shipping is free.
For shipments to the rest of the world of products with a total cost greater than € 300.00, the cost of shipping is free.
Availability of Articles and Deliveries
Delivery times depend on the type of product purchased: if present in stock, the timing will be faster, if you have to wait for availability, following the order made, the times may be longer, regardless of our will, in the form of each single product it will be possible to check the availability of the product, but this indication could be subject to uncertainty for warehouse logics. On average, shipping times vary from 48 working hours for products with immediate availability, up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Order confirmation
The contract stipulated between FANCS V. and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by FANCS V. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer, after the verification of the order. By placing an order online, by telephone or by e-mail, the Customer declares that he has read and fully accepts the general conditions of sale and payment transcribed below. The customer must take into account these general conditions of sale (in compliance with the provisions of art.50 and ss of Legislative Decree 206/05) by printing and / or saving a copy. At the end of the page you can check the date of the last update of the conditions of sale.
Payment methods
FANCS V. accepts Bank transfer and Paypal as payment methods.
Through Paypal it will be possible to pay both with a Paypal account and with the most popular Credit Cards.
In the case of payments by bank transfer, the order will go into status: Pending, and will be confirmed once the bank transfer has been received at the coordinates indicated in the order confirmation email.
In the case of successful paypal payments, the order will be confirmed automatically, and the customer will receive communications once the shipment of the products has taken place.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal can be exercised pursuant to art. 64 and ss. of Legislative Decree 206/05 and is valid only in the presence of a final Customer-Consumer and not for VAT holders. To exercise this right, the customer must send a formal communication to FANCS V. within 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and will not be refunded for the original shipping cost. This policy covers items that are not made for a specific size nor items made at the specific request of the buyer. This policy is void if the original SEAL is removed from the jewel. Items must be returned in the condition received. To ensure adequate insurance coverage, all return shipments must go through an insured shipment for the total amount of the jewel. Any customs duties and international taxes will not be refunded and returns of personalized or made-to-order items are at the discretion of the seller. Return shipping costs are not subsidized and may be higher than the original shipping cost.
Obligations of the buyer
